The Judiciary

The judiciary may only be followed by completing fifteen sections:

Islam
And adulthood
And mind
And freedom
And masculinity
And justice
And knowledge of the provisions of the Quran and Sunnah
And knowledge of consensus
And know the difference
And knowledge of methods of ijtihad
And know the tip of the tongue of the Arabs

Avoided

And knowledge of the interpretation of the Book of God Almighty
And be heard
And be a visionary
And to be a writer
And be awake



It is mustahabb to sit in the middle of the country in a prominent place for people, with no eyebrows, and not to sit in the mosque
And settles between the adversaries in three things in the shop and the word and the note
It is not permissible to accept the gift from the people of his work

The judiciary is avoided in ten places
When the anger
And hunger
And thirst
And intense lust
And grief
And excessive joy
And when the sickest disease
And when sleepy
And extreme intensity
And cold
The defendant is not questioned until the suit has been completed

It can only be complied with after the plaintiff's question
He does not give an adversary an argument and he does not understand it
Do not bother the martyrs
The testimony is not accepted except by those who have proven his justice
And does not accept the testimony of an enemy or the testimony of a father to his father
A judge's book shall not be accepted by another judge in the judgments except after the testimony of two witnesses attesting to it.
